Unable to scan bar code in XML Publisher R12

We are doing xml report to print pdf out put file to print bar code also.We are using IDAutomationC128M.ttf file to print code128

We have developed this report i XML Publisher Oracle  R12.1.3 , everything is working as expected but one of the column bar code we are unable to scan .

We are using same bar code for other fields which are working fine but one bar code is not working .Please suggest.

I am attaching rtf file and field details .
