How can I update the references (host, service name...) of the metadata data base?

Hello All!

I'm moving the metadata database instance to a new server and due that I need to reconfigure my dev environment to point to new connection string. (server, servicename, etc...).

Could you help me on how to reconfigure it?

I thought in update the datasource in the console, but I can't even start the server since it shows errors related to the old database that is down.

Is it possible start weblogic ignoring the database?
