X6-2S IP address change (post deployment)

Hi, one of our customers wants to move their X6-2S to another network.  I've been trying to find a supported procedure to change the public IP address, but haven't found one.  Note 1504734.1 (ODA: How to Change Oracle Database Appliance IP Addresses Post Deployment), seems rather oriented to 2-node systems (X5-2, etc.).

I know I can't use odacli update-network, so it seems re-imaging is the alternative, but I'd like to be sure before heading in that direction.  Is there another (supported) way to accomplish this?  Has anyone out there been there, done that?

The system is at 12.1.2.10.0 level.
