Acme losing all ARPs to upstream devices

I have a new-to-me Acme 4500 in a new environment.   I have both my management and media interfaces working just fine.   After a few hours, I lose all my arp entries on the media interfaces.    When I do a "show arp"...they're not just all zeros.  I do a packet-trace on an interface when I send traffic out and only see a series of arp requests.

I'm going to go the switching group to see if they are receiving these packets...whether they are responding or not...etc.

The Acme interfaces show up.   I'm not yet sure of the state of the switch interface.   Whether it is in some weird state.
