JDE: How to pass custom list of approvers to REQAPPRVL (Requisition) workflow

Hello,

I want to modify the REQAPPRVL (Requisition) workflow to get the list of approvers from a custom table instead of the standard grouping/hierarchical approach.

Customer doesn't want to use the standard functionality because there is already a custom process which maintains the employee relationships up to date so they want to get the list of approvers from this table. Customer is trying to avoid the maintaining the list.

How can I pass the list custom distribution list to the workflow to get the requisition approved. Each person should approve the requisition one after another (hierarchical).

Please help me if you have ideas.
