Using the CS_CHARGE_DETAILS_CUHK user hook when submitting charges from a Service Request.

We are looking into using the CS_CHARGE_DETAILS_CUHK user hook when submitting charges from a Service Request.  Our goal is to change the Order Type, Line Type & SalesRep based on information provided in the Service Request.  I am looking any examples where others have used this hook or documentation for this user hook.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
