I have just completed the 12 modules for the MOS L1 accreditation,  accessed via doc id 158807.1   When I click to take the exam I get redirected to a screen indicating 'Your session has timed out. Please  log in again to activate your session.' Note that I do have Cookies enabled. Whilst I can re-login to MOS I cannot login at the iLearning page this message directs me to.  I suspected the issue is that OU is not recognizing my id and there doesn’t appear to be a way on my side to complete the login/validation to enable me to take the exam.  I have contacted the
