Configuration of Xstore through Xstore Office

Hi,

I want to do the initial set up of Xstore through Configurator present in Xstore Office. I believe the configurations related to data base flow down to Xstore by the process of replication. But if the configuration requires XML changes as well then how these flows down to Xstore through Xstore Office. For eg. new tender configuration involves changes in MenuConfig.xml, ActionConfig.xml, OpChainConfig.xml, InputConfig.xml etc.
