E1 - No Cardex & No change in on Hand qty entry after Sales update

Hi,

Here we are facing an intermittent issue as below -

- created the standard sales Order

- Done the shipment confirmation where my on hand gets deplitted.

- Done with invoicing & sales update

- Item is Lot Controlled

Observation -

- sales & general ledger got updated correctly with invoice & order details

Issue -

- There is no Cardex Entry for RI & On hand is NOT deplitted.

Please advise the possible cause & solution for the above issue.
