Ability to track Format Changes in ARM

Hello,

I am wondering if there is a way to track any changes made on a format in ARM (adds, deletes, changes . . .).  I am specifically interested in changes and deletes to format rules.  I see a history tab in each format but it only shows me when the format was created.  It doesn't show any changes made.   I am on version 11.1.2.4.201.

I would like to be able to provide this information to our SOX and Audit teams.
