Cannot set ALOM cli_mode

I am trying to configure ALOM from the ILOM interface so I can do a firmware upgrade on a T5120.  I can ssh to the ILOM interface and can create an admin user, give the Administrator role, but when I try to set the cli_mode I get this error:

-> set /SP/users/admin cli_mode=alom

set: No such property /SP/users/admin/cli_mode

My configuration so far is:

-> show /SP/users/admin

/SP/users/admin

    Targets:

        ssh

    Properties:

        role = Administrator

        password = *****

    Commands:

        cd

        set

        show
