Issue with Pull downs in 17.6

We are scheduled to upgrade to 17.6 next week.  We have been testing in our training environment.   When we try to select an option from a pull-down list, the options are not always displayed.   We have not found a pattern for when the pull-down works and when it does not.   Has this happened to anyone else?   Any suggestions?
