Credit threshold Events - Quick help

Dear All

quick help appreciated

We would like to stop the Credit threshold Event in BRM while its getting creating based on certain conditions.

putting it in NOTIFY policy is not good, because event is already created.

can you please help to answer below

1) what opcode to meddle with , to ensure the threshold event not created.

2) how to stop creating the event. i mean is just dropping from flist or what is it?
