How to add accessorial cost to a shipment after spot tender acceptance?

Hi

After accepting a spot tender, OTM no longer considers rate record or rate offering previously applied.

However, there might be some occasions that it's necessary to add some "extra" charge to the shipment.

For ordinary tender it works fine using accessorial code/accessorial costs. But how to have the same for open tender?
