Where do I find the "debug mode" log?

I'm attempting to create a Physical Standby using EM but it's failing at "Step: Source Validation" "dgJobPreparationStepHandler." I've checked all the things I can think of without a result.

When I retry the Standby creation I'm given the option to "Enable DEBUG mode for this execution." Where is that logged?
