Can anyone tell me how the following field work in JDE enterpriseone :

Best Before Default Days (BBDD) - Number of days an item can be in inventory before it should be consumed. Only in 8.9 and later releases.

Sell By Default Days (SBDD) - Number of days an item can be in inventory before it should be sold. Only in 8.9 and later releases.

We have always put 9999. what happens if we set this field to 0?

how will this affect our commitment method (usually 1 but can be 2)?

Once it is set to 0 does this mean the inventory HAS TO BE consumed or can it stay in stock ?
