do you know how field TAX_ORIGIN gets populated in table JG_ZZ_VAT_TRX_DETAILS?

R12..Swiss Localization.

Progran EMEA VAT Selection Process is not populatimg this field when inserting records into JG_ZZ_VAT_TRX_DETAILS.
