Second Local DB in LOCAL_XE

Hi,

Can we have more than one local database in LOCAL_XE environment.

We have local_xe setup (Siebel 16.11) having one local database for Dev.

Now developer wants to have another local db which is from Sandbox.

Is it possible to have second local DB on the same machine.
