Weblogic server high memory

Hi,

We have issue with our weblogic server after applying new password policy by using revise all from P98OWSEC application before 10 days ago, the problem is that memory of Java process on one of the servers of the cluster became very high suddenly, and the login page doesn't appear when try to open JDE link, the users already connected to that server suffer from bad performance. So we had to stop the server to kill the process then start it again.

The problem happened randomly, it is not specific to one server. How we can know what cause this issue,is there any way to trace the problem.
