custom not able to add item to car

Hi:

We are using EBS version 12.2.4 on oracle enterprise Linux 6.8

One of the customers is experiencing issue with adding item to the cart. This issue seems to only isolate with this customer. All other customer seems to be fine.

This is also not an issue with this particular item.

But when this customer trying to add the item, he will get the message. There was an error adding item into cart. Please contact system administrator.

Gurus, please advise, where should we start troubleshooting for this?

I had asked the customer to clear the cache in their PC and try again. I have not heard anything back from them yet.
