Advanced Benefits eligibility question
Within Advanced Benefits EBS(12.1.3), the plans that I'm dealing with have eligibility profiles for options that restrict the employee from seeing options that they are ineligible for. If a Life Event is started and an employee navigates to enroll in benefits via Self Service during which time they add a dependent. When the employee attempts to Update Benefits, the available choices are not showing with regard to the "just added" spouse. The person can only see "Waive Medical" and "Employee Only". If I back out the Life Event and re-process it then they can now see "Waive Medical", "Employee Only"
