External measures in a multi solution application

Hi,

Can anyone please help me understand about the below query.

I have exported(importing in destination soln) few measures from a solution x to y in a multi solution project.

These measures have load and commit rules in source soln, should i have to write load rules for those measures in destination solution as well?
