JDE 9.1 Platform pack database attach fail

Hi,

We are upgrading JDE system from 8.11sp1 to 9.2.

As part of upgrade we are installing JDE 9.1 as jump release.

Platform pack is unable to attach SQL databse.

We have install SQL in Active/Active cluster mode

Have attached installation log files for your reference.

JDE setup details

Release 9.1

Tools Release 9.2.1.2

PLatform:  MS Windows 2012 R2

Database : MS SQL 2016 SP1
