Issue in Project Balance

Hi All,

I have an issue in pa_bc_balances table where the commitment amount(encumb_period_to_date) in that table shows negative value for the REQ balance type. I ran the programs such as PRC: Interface Supplier Costs, PRC: Maintain Budgetary Control Balances, PRC: Update Project Summary Amounts, Create Accounting. Inspite of running all the above programs, the commitment amount is still in negative. I am not sure how the table shows negative value. Please help me how to find the requisition which is causing negative value and also tell me when pa_bc_balances table got updated. Please find the attachment for reference.
