hi team'  i am using oucs 7u5  in my messaging server multiple users are spamming or genreating,writing/ submitting huge messages into mta queue. how can we limit all users to only write or submit message within limit. we want to oppose a limit for writing message on a user upto 10 message in a day or whatever is fisible.
