Both Employee & Manager Performance Review can be stored?

Dear All,

My Client requirement is like this, Annual Appraisal with 3 quarter performance reviews in a year but with the help of "view and track objective progress" we can't store employee and manager comments where it overrides the one another comments, so is there a place where i can store the employee comments against each objective and manager counter comments on quarterly basis or is there any work around for this.
