Patch Wizard issue

Dear Support,

I setup recently patch Wizard into my EBS R12.1.3 and submit (Submit requests for patch advice or analysis) and as output I was advised to download and apply  "FND Recommended Patch Collection
(4/2017)" patch (25796080.B)

I download the patch and try to apply it but without success, after investigation I discover that the patch contains old *.drv

...

Will not apply fndfile.drv: Patch file is older.
  Patch  : E:\Oracle\Patches\25796080\fnd\admin\driver\fndfile.drv, v120.35.12010000.25
  On-Site: E:\Oracle\CLONE\apps\apps_st\appl\fnd\12.0.0\admin\driver\fndfile.drv, v120.35.12010000.76

Will not apply fndsub001.drv: Patch file is older.
