Peoplesoft 9+ INVENTORY_SHIPPING EIP

Hello.

I am trying to load Inventory Shipping EIP from a Warehouse. I am trying to understand the complete process from Picking to Picking Confirmation. Will INVENTORY_SHIPPING EIP create the Picking and run picking confirmation.

Appreciate if anyone can assist me.
