Streams AQ: enqueue blocked on low memory

Hi everyone,

I am suddenly experiencing a problem in one of our Production databases Oracle 11.2.0.4 which was patched with the PSU April 2017. Right after the patch was applied if was ok for a week, but the following weekend, the daily EXPDP job is taking from the regular 1 hour to now 6 hours. Everything else is working fine, but only this Data Pump job.

Monitoring in EM Cloud Control, I can see as below, with the wait "Streams AQ: enqueue blocked on low memory" as the main responsible for this.

Could anyone advise how I can find the root cause for this and how to fix it?
