Single node cluster possible?

I have one server now free to install oracle11g cluster. I am thinking to install ORACLE Cluster on this single server. Because I may receive one more server few weeks after. If I have cluster, I can just ./Addnote.sh.

Is it possible? Meant to say I will have one node cluster now and after few weeks I will have two node cluster.

If possible ? Any document available? I was trying in virtual box; it was giving some error.
