Notes submitted in iSupport SR are truncated in Service Request Notes

iSupport : Notes submitted in iSupport SR are truncated in Service Request Notes

After submission of an SR through iSupport, the notes view is truncated in the Service Request form 'Note detail' and 'Log and Notes' view.

This happens when substantial notes are entered in iSupport.

We need to show the all the notes in Service Request as visible through iSupport, so is there a way to find out what is the word limit of Notes entered through SR creation template in iSupport?
