Need Help in TR upgrade from 9.1.5.3 to 9.2.1.4.

Hi, 

Currently we are at Application Release 9.1 and Tools Release 9.1.5.3. We are planning to upgrade Tools Release to 9.2.1.4 in next week.  We have separate app/bat server for Each Environment. Please clarify on following points mentioned in document "JDE E1 TR 9.2.X, Upgrade and ASI Supplement White Paper April 2017 ".  

1- Since we are directly upgrading from 9.1.5.3 to 9.2.4.1, We should be applying the ASI Tool TL9210004 only or first we need to apply TL92050* and then TL9210004 ? Page Number : 13 

2- We will be doing TR upgrade via Multi-Foundation on DS, as per the MTR we have to upgrade the E1Local database( 12.1.0.2) and OS of Deployment Server to Windows Server 2012 R2. To do this we will be adding a new deployment server with above configuration and will make this newly added server to primary DS by changing the name.  Will there be any bad consequence of this approach ?
