Web client exception - P0411/P03B2002 for localization users

Hi Team,

When using P0411/P03B2002 in 9.2, it works fine without localization.i.e. In system profile Country code is blank.

If country code is set as CR,CO for localization users in system profile and then when they use these applications they are getting web client exceptions.

Can you please help is there any setup missing?
