Issue on credit hold in sales order API

Hi ALL,

I have a issue on credit hold limit exceed when i am performing order creation through API.

when i am running API to create sales order i was getting Credit Hold is applied but the order is going to Entered Status, but i need the Credit hold to be applied after the order is BOOKED.

please help to find out the Issue
