Prom Item Ids getting changed on Import of Promotion

Hi All,

I've wired problem!!!. Ids in S_PROM_ITEM is getting changed every time I import promotion.

Each time it is coming as new new row Id and all existing asset doesn't have context to promotion, So on all Modify orders cardinality is not working as expected.

Any inputs to avoid issues kindly let me know.
