Hyperion application going down frequently

We are using Hyperion FDMEE & ARM 11.1.2.3.501 and the application is going down frequently (this is the 2nd time in this week). Can anyone recommend any checklist points (e.g. application health checks)  where we can go and check so that we can able to identify the root cause of the issue.
