Leave allocation and indirect cost allocation

Can JD Edwards E1 allocate leave used in the same proportion as hours worked in the same pay period?

Is there a way in payroll or financial modules to allocate the leave dollar amounts within a pay period into business units based on the same percentage as hours worked in those same business units? Termination and retirement go to a different business unit, which would be administrative.

We need to allocate leave taken in the same proportion as those business units worked within a given pay period. If the hours worked for the period are split 20% to one BU and 80% to another BU, can leave be split in the same manner for that pay period?  With each pay period, the variables will change differently.  Can this be done using allocations and how?
