6.2.10 - 6.4.2 upgrade - Weblogic servers start but OHS server fails to start

Hello,

I've just upgraded our OTM 6.2.10 suite to 6.4.2 following the installation and migration guides. Had faced some hurdles but could overcome and finish the upgrade succsssfully. But after that, when I tried to start the services, I could start the App server but not the web server.

We've 2 app servers and 1 web server. Both the app servers start fine without any issues. I could log in to the Weblogic admin console in both the app servers.

In the Web server, nodemanager starts fine; I could login to the weblogic admin console and the FMW console ( http /<webserver>:8001/console & http /<webserver>:8001/em). But only the OHS is not starting up and I can't access the applications front end. I see the following messages :
