TFA installation with errors with "Can't locate Data/Dumper.pm in"

Hello,

I have to install TFA+OSW bundle in 3 servers, One of the server it installed successfully with oswather, With the same procedure it is failed on the other server.

Tried to check if any known issue, but not found specific.

Someone please review and let me know if something am missing? or any issues with the recent TFA version?
