ATTEND_SYNC_REQD box - if not checked meeting date not displayed
I am a programmer asking this question for our registrars. on this page: Main Menu->Curriculum Management->Schedule Of Classes->Class Search, the meeting dates shows TBA unless the ATTEND_SYNC_REQD box is checked on Main Menu->Curriculum Management->Schedule Of Classes->Schedule new Course page. This field is not available for the user to check. You can make the system check it by going into Main Menu->Curriculum Management->Schedule Of Classes->Schedule new Course, click on the meetings tab and adding an instructor and then saving that page. Then the ATTEND_SYNC_REQD field is auto-checked. Once that field is checked, then the meetings times show up in the Class
