Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. 1) would you know if we can auto create Trouble Ticket (TT) for siebel for the following scenarios.

without much coding, we need to be able to create the TT.

2) have you implemented or have knowledge on viewing Trouble Ticket Fault Payload from Sieble and retriggering OSM Task Accordingly
