Transaction exception details showing uncosted exceptions, transaction not cost distributed in 11.5.

while trying to close Jun-17 period, Ran  the EXC: Transaction Exception detail report. In the report for January 2008, the report does reflect six transactions with warning to "uncosted exceptions". The exception reason states, "This transaction is not cost distributed". How can these transactions be distributed?
