Q2 Payroll Statutory Patch Apply

Hi,

we want to apply Q2 2017 Payroll Statutory Patch 12.1 - 26258154:R12.PAY.B for our R12.1 environment, but on checking further i found that we had missed to apply Q1 2017 Payroll Statutory Patch. Please let us know if we need to apply first Q1 Statutory patch and then proceed with Q2 Patch or Q2 Payroll is Cumulative and will contain changes from Q1 Payroll Patch as well? Please let us know if anyone has idea on this.
