What security processes must be run after CS9.2 Upgrade?

We performed an upgrade from CS9.0 Bundle 44 to CS9.2 PUM3.

Running compares against records we found Student Financials records lost their security view configuration. 

SP_ITYPPT_OPRVW -> SP_ITYPPT_NONVW
SP_ITYPPY_OPRVW -> SP_ITYPPY_NONVW
SP_ITEMCH_OVRVW -> SP_ITEMCH_NONVW 
SP_ITEMBI_OPRVW -> SP_ITEMBI_NONVW
SP_ITYPCH_OPRVW -> SP_ITYPCH_NONVW
SP_ITACC_OPRVW -> SP_ITACC_NONVW
SP_ITYPTR_OPRVW -> SP_ITYPTR_NONVW


Example: 
Record: ADJ_TERM_TBL
Replacing SP_ITEMCH_OVRVW with SP_ITEMCH_NONVW 
Fields: CANCEL_ITEM_TYPE, ITEM_TYPE

I found that the configuration was still in the set-up tables.  I can view them via:
