Use Acollect to Collect Info and to Diagnose Problems for Agile PLM

1. What Is Acollect?

Acollect is a support diagnostic tool that does the following:

  • Collect information for Agile PLM.
  • Analyze the data it collects to provide solutions to the problem or troubleshooting tips.
  • Current version is 2.2.

Acollect runs on Windows, Linux and SunOS, and it supports both Weblogic and OAS. The result is a report in HTML and can be viewed directly in MOS ISS viewer.
