Order Lines not existed in OKS_REPROCESSING but WARRANTY Contract got created

Need advise on the below scenario

Just a few things I noticed from an order that was processed on quarter end.

• SO-12345 was shipped in 2 parts
  • TI45840 from USA
  • A6780 from TAIWAN

The Different Service Contracts was created for the same Order.One for the Service Agreement and other for the Extended Warranty

But for one of the Line could not be find in the OKS_REPROCESSING table though in the Contract I can see the Contract  got created.The Service Contracts Order Capture Integration program was run, but no lines were processed for the line items for the Order 12345 for item A6780 from TAIWAN
