OTL Amended - Validate amended record only

Integration with Oracle Projects is turned on,

Timecard has been submitted and approved, now needs to be amended.

Issue

Timecard has record for Closed project - this is not to be amended

Currently Validation runs across the whole Timecard

How to Validate only the changed record on a timecard ie the record that triggers the need for "amendment reason" - ignore any other records in the Timecard
