Migrating EBS environment to ODA X5-2

I have bought a new ODA X5-2 running version 12.1.2.10

I am working on Migrating EBS environment from Citrix XEN VM (Oracle Enterprise Linux 6.8)  to ODA X52.

My EBS installation versions are : RDBMS : 12.1.0.2.0, Oracle Applications : 12.2.5 Is there any document to help this migration specially move the data base to Oracle Home in ODA_BASE for version 12.1.*.
