Spouse Supplemental Life Insurance Configuration

Is there a way to configure Spouse Supplemental Life Insurance to be 1/2 (50%) of employee's supplemental life insurance coverage?  Currently we offer employee supplemental life insurance up to 5 times of their salary.  For example, if an employee's annual salary is $150,000 and elect 3 times of their salary and employee's age is 55. 

Formula is:  300,000/1000=300 x $.29=$87 per pay  ($0.29 is from P059021)  See below.

Starting 01-01-2018 we are planning to offer spouse and dependent supplemental life insurance.  How do we configure this?  Has anyone already implemented this in e1?  If so could you share your setup or help me in the right direction?  We are on JDE E1 9.1.  Thanks!
