Is Essbase on the cloud configurable?

I am new to the Oracle cloud platform but an Essbase advanced user.   We have an Essbase cube that is very poorly configured.  I was told in the cloud version we cannot modify or configure our Essbase cubes, that we have to live with the dimension structure setup by outside consultants.  Can anyone confirm or refute this?

We have 13 dimensions of which 5 are one member dimensions.  The calculations are not correct and the aliases are not what the Business needs.  I was stunned when the sales person told use Essbase is not configurable.  I appreciate any information concerning this.
